Terms & Conditions
1. Our Relationship
Ascension Wharf partners with entrepreneurs, creators, and leaders to build scalable personal brands and distribution systems.
By accessing our website, booking a call, signing an agreement, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
If something isn’t aligned, we believe in clarity first — not confusion.
2. What We Do (and How We Do It)
We provide strategy, content systems, execution, and distribution services designed to grow influence and authority at scale.
Exact deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined only in:
Signed agreements
Written proposals
Official invoices
Marketing pages and calls explain our philosophy — they do not replace written agreements.
3. How We Work Together
To deliver at the highest level, clients agree to:
Share accurate inputs and materials on time
Communicate clearly and professionally
Respect agreed timelines and feedback windows
Delays caused by missing inputs or late approvals may adjust delivery timelines.
4. Payments & Fees
Payment terms are defined in your agreement or invoice
Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing
Late payments may pause work until resolved
Bank or processing fees are the client’s responsibility
We price for commitment, clarity, and execution — not volume.
5. Ownership & Usage
Once full payment is received:
You own the final deliverables created for you
Ascension Wharf may showcase approved or anonymized work as portfolio examples
Content may not be resold, sublicensed, or redistributed as a service without written consent.
6. Confidentiality
We treat your business, strategy, and data with discretion.
Both parties agree to keep non-public information confidential — during and after the engagement.
7. Results & Expectations
We operate with proven systems and data-driven execution.
However, outcomes depend on:
Market conditions
Platform algorithms
Audience behavior
Consistency of execution
Unless explicitly written, we do not guarantee specific revenue, follower counts, or platform results.
8. Ending an Engagement
Either party may end the engagement based on the agreement terms.
Work completed remains payable.
Confidentiality and IP terms continue after termination.
9. Liability
Ascension Wharf is not responsible for:
Algorithm changes or platform decisions
Third-party actions
Indirect or consequential losses
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service period.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Disputes are handled professionally, with resolution as the priority.
