3. TikTok Integration

Our application integrates with TikTok's Content Posting API to enable automated video posting on behalf of authorised users. By connecting your TikTok account, you authorise Ascension Wharf to:

• Access your TikTok account information
• Upload and publish video content on your behalf
• Access basic profile information required for content posting

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all content published through our platform. You agree that all content you upload and schedule for posting:

• Does not violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Complies with the Terms of Service of each social media platform
• Is not misleading, harmful, or inappropriate

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API access tokens. Ascension Wharf will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account.

6. Data Usage

7. Limitation of Liability

Ascension Wharf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this service, including but not limited to account suspension by third-party platforms, content removal, or loss of followers.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
